TOKYO, October 15, 2026 French automotive supplier FORVIA (ex-Faurecia) has appointed Olivier Lefebvre as Head of the JIKA (Japan, India, Korea, ASEAN) Region, effective immediately. Lefebvre, who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Group Executive Vice President, will retain his existing responsibilities while assuming leadership of the JIKA region. Lefebvre, who joined FORVIA in 1995, has held senior leadership roles across South America and Europe, most recently leading the Group’s Clean Mobility business group.
As COO, he oversees Operations, Total Customer Satisfaction & Quality, and Purchasing. Shoji Akiyama, who has been leading the JIKA region, has decided to pursue opportunities outside the Group.
